Today Lionbridge announced that all of its production systems and global offices are operational after the resolution of a cyber-attack on July 8, 2022. Using an abundance of caution the company’s immediate response to the cyber attack was to temporarily take some systems and platforms offline. We immediately began restoring and hardening our infrastructure for all client facing applications. Through the extraordinary and tireless efforts of our IT team and our partner Arete we are fully operational and have resumed production across all business lines. Further, we and our third-party experts have found no additional evidence that any customer data was accessed or exfiltrated from our network. We are working through our backlog of orders and our teams are working diligently to meet our customer deliveries. Our systems remain safe and secure, and clients and partners can safely send and receive work from Lionbridge. Thank you to our clients, community partners, and employees for your continued support and patience as we have worked through this difficult situation. We will emerge from this incident stronger than ever and fully resume our mission to build bridges and break barriers.
