Let’s Talk Terminology by Stine Jensen I recently received a series of four blog posts by terminologist Stine Jensen, who accepted my invitation to write for this blog. She has entitled them “Let’s Talk Terminology”. Before I start posting them, let me share a short bio written by her. I hope you enjoy reading the posts as much as I did. A BIT ABOUT ME My name is Stine Jensen and I am just as passionate about terminology as the owner of this blog! In November 2018, I was certified ECQA advanced terminology manager by TermNet after attending TSS 2018 in Vienna – Terminology Summer School. I have been working with terminology since 2015 and started my terminology career in the Danish EU Translation where I was the driving force behind the establishment of the Danish Terminology Network, I later became a full time terminologist in TermCoord. I have now moved back to Copenhagen where I am trying to establish as a terminology consultant with DALeXI and doing a PhD in terminology and language technology from a distance with the University of Salamanca. Besides that I am a member of TermNet’s Terminology Coaching and the Danish Terminology Network.
